You may choose to cancel your logo design & website design/development plan within 24hrs. of confirmation of payment for any reason and receive a FULL refund by informing in writing/email to info@deliverdesign.co (24 hr. cancellation notice is not subject to Federal Holidays and/or weekends).
Upon completion of 24hrs. from the time of payment confirmation it will be the sole discretion of Deliver Design to issue partial refund of said logo design service/s and/or website design service/s based on nature, size and/or complexity of project.

Deliver Design reserves complete rights to reject/cancel any project/order or cancel the contract with the customer whenever it seems necessary and decided after critical managerial discretion. After successfully claiming the refund, you will have no rights to use the incomplete/complete design concepts for any reason or purpose; these completed/incomplete design concepts will remain the sole property of Deliver Design and the company owns full rights of these design concepts.
